Is she a relevant middle path?

I am getting interested in Elinor Ostrom for some time after reading a piece in The Hindu. She has taken a position which is neither on the right nor on the left but still makes a lot of sense. I think she needs to be taken a bit seriously and the additional reason is that she has won this year's Noble Prize in Economics but the great reason is that she is the first Political Scientist to win an award in Economics of this stature.
